After only a few weeks since the presentation of the essential and important Quattrocchi Operation Inottica confirms its considerable commitment to strengthening the quality of its products and devotes even more attention to service issues.
The aim is to increasingly improve the relationship of trust between opticians and their customers; since 1988 Inottica has specialized in designing and distributing eyewear for children and teenagers and reiterates that since 2009 all the vision models in its collections are fitted with the ultra-flexible and strong OBE FlexUno hinges. But there’s more.
Thanks to a repair Kit that Inottica will provide for all opticians, it is now possible to simply and quickly replace the internal mechanism if it should get broken.
The Kit provided by Inottica will enable opticians to quickly and easily repair their customers’ frames, but above all they will not have to send the eyewear back to Inottica for the replacement or repair of the temple.
In addition to the replacement hinges, the repair Kit contains instructions for disassembling and reassembling the mechanism and a specially designed tool for release it. These kits will be supplied to all Inottica’s customers together with the eyewear purchased and, if necessary, additional kits can be ordered by contacting the customer service.
The repair Kit will enable opticians to work directly and quickly on resolving the end-users’ problems, which will lead to a significant reduction in costs and the issues connected with replacing the temple, such as joining the end piece to the temple.
