Ottica Venturini: results of Ladies Cup

Saturday was ladies only at the Marigola Golf Club in Lerici, which welcomed Ladies Cup participants and the sporting public on a beautiful sunny day.

Once a year the men are the spectators while their female counterparts take over the course for the day.

The day began with the first tee-offs at 9.40. At the end of the morning, aperitifs were followed by lunch at the renovated Club House and the presentation of the awards at 5 pm. The trophy was won for the second year running by talented Luisa Carabelli.
The event ended with a buffet based on a spectacular cake (pink, of course), raspberry and chocolate cupcakes and bubbly.

The next Ottica Venturini Ladies Cup will be in April 2012.
