“Questa estate strana” for Carrera

Matteo and Thomas, better known as Zero Assoluto, have chosen Carrera Champion to co-star in “Questa estate strana” (This strange summer), the first single from the new album due to be released end May.

A video that is a great collective work, an ironic fresco that is sometimes detached from reality and emblematic of the strange summer that is about to arrive. At different moments within this context, the Roman duo wears the brand’s sunglasses with the blue mirrored lenses: when they are leaning against a giant Z, as surreal as the mood that characterizes the video; when a fully-clothed Thomas calmly sips a cocktail standing in a swimming pool; and when a close-up of Matteo shows a shower of tennis balls reflected in the eyewear lenses. The video ends with Matteo wearing the Carreras while singing with Thomas on the beach, in the best summer-nights tradition when dawn never rises.
