Vanni and art together again

Aimed at promoting young Italian artists, Autofocus 3 is the new competition opened some weeks ago by Vanni eyewear with the support of GAI and the friendly collaboration of Olga Gambara. Vanni has again called on young Italian artists to take part in the event that had excellent response in previous years. The projects selected and awarded at the last two editions were those by Federica Gonnelli and Giulia Bonora.

The competition is for Italian nationals, or for artists who have lived in Italy for at least one year, who are between 18 and 35 years of age and work in the visual arts sector.
The subject of the competition is the creation of an exhibition project that can be adapted to the exhibition space at Vanni eyewear in Turin for contemporary art week in November 2011. The project includes a purchasing prize and catalog.

With total freedom of expression, the subject of Autofocus 3 opens up to the universe as seen by the artist who conveys his/her subjective dimension, world and vision.

Registration must be regularized on the Vanni website and applications on cd-rom must be received by June 30, 2011.
