Aspex Eyewear Group Acquires Majority Interest in Adlens Beacon From Warburg Pincus

PEMBROKE PARK, Fla.—Aspex Eyewear Group announced that it has acquired a majority interest in Adlens Beacon, Inc. adlens.com from Warburg Pincus.
