Match Eyewear Canada announces the launch of AV Studio, a new partner brand to Adrienne Vittadini Eyewear The AV Studio collection, currently in previews, will be officially unveiled at the 2013 Vision Expo West, and will debut with 18 ophthalmic and 8 sunwear styles. Following in the fashionable footsteps of Adrienne Vittadini, AV Studio reinvents casual elegance by bringing a bold and sexy edge to classic eyewear designs. Innovative shapes and textures, surprising colours and fun, flirty styling provide a fresh and sassy take on modern refinement. "The AV Studio collection is cool and a little audacious, but it maintains the polish and accessible luxury of the Adrienne Vittadini brand," says Ethan Goodman, president of Match Eyewear Canada. AV Studio delivers daring and sophisticated eyewear to young women, 20 to 35, with a chic and adventurous sense of style. The vintage-inspired, librarian-style design of ophthalmic style AV-84S is updated with a spray of Swarovski crystals and a raised metal logo emblem on smooth, narrow temples, crafted from laminated acetate. There's nothing vintage about ophthalmic model AV-54S, with an almond-shaped, matte metal front and textured, iridescent zyl temples featuring a square logo emblem and a subtle touch of Swarovski crystals. Sunwear style AVS-104 nods to retro Hollywood glamour with oversized cat-eye shaping in polished acetate, but textured metal and Swarovski crystal temple treatments bring these sleek shades right back on trend. Match Eyewear Canada will premiere the AV Studio collection with new brand images and logos, to be featured in integrated marketing efforts and merchandising materials, including counter cards and logo plaques. All ophthalmic and sunwear frames from the AV Studio collection will be accompanied by protective hard cases and branded cleaning cloths.
