Mondottica International Announces Marimekko and Joules Licenses

HONG KONG – Mondottica Group has announced that it has signed an eyewear license agreement with Marimekko.   The agreement is worldwide, except Japan and Korea, the company said, adding that, including renewal periods, the license can run for 10 years. The first optical and sunglass collections for women and children are expected to reach the market in early 2015.   Group chairman Michael Jardine said, "Mondottica is over the moon about this association with Marimekko. We have reached out to them for many years and to finally have concluded this agreement is a matter of great honor for us.
