Schneider Acquires Optical Equipment Manufacturer Team Henrich & Krall

FRONHAUSEN, Germany— Schneider GmbH & Co., a leading manufacturer of equipment used in the production of precision optics and ophthalmics, has signed an agreement to acquire the shares of Team Henrich & Krall GmbH, an optical equipment manufacturer based in Dreieich, Germany. The amount of the transaction was not disclosed.   The overall structure of Team Henrich & Krall remains intact, and existing customers continue to be fully supported.
