VOSH/International, Brien Holden Vision Institute and Optometry Giving Sight Seek Optometrists to Serve in Developing Countries

IPSWICH, Mass.—VOSH/International, in collaboration with the Brien Holden Vision Institute Public Health Division and supported by Optometry Giving Sight, invites North American optometrists to participate in a new initiative to build optometric education worldwide by serving in emerging optometric institutions as faculty and program development assistants.   Applicants are required to have at least a four-year doctorate degree in optometry, residency completion preferred. VOSH is seeking optometrists with an interest in the academia required for recently established optometry programs aimed at addressing the human resource needs of eyecare delivery in developing countries.   Read more
