The merger between ProDesign International and Architectures SAS announced

The merger will accelerate the growth of both companies, allowing the group to become a leader in the independent design market A few days ago, ProDesign International A/S and Architectures SAS (creators of the FACE à FACE and WOOW brands) announced the merger of the two companies under the aegis of the Danish investment company Erhvervsinvest. The founders of ARCHITECTURES, Pascal Jaulent and Nadine Roth, will be shareholders in the new company and remain at the helm of Architectures.   The merger of these two companies that are independent yet complementary in terms of their market position and organisation, and the synergy of their structures will accelerate the growth of both, allowing the group to become a leader in the independent design market.   ProDesign International A/S and Architectures SAS are both growing at a rapid rate, with 95% and 85% of their sales in foreign markets respectively and sales for the new group in 2014 should be around 40 million euro.   Dion Eriksen, the CEO of ProDesign International, stated, "Face à Face is undoubtedly one of the world's leading independent design brands and I am certain that with the Prodesign portfolio we can build a solid market position.
